Indulge in a dedicated NYE 3-course banquet with Champagne on arrival.

FIRST SEATING
First seating available at 6:30pm, with guests departing at 8:45pm.
A short 3 minute walk will find you right under the Sydney Harbour Bridge to watch the 9:00pm fireworks.

SECOND SEATING
Second seating available at 9:15pm, with guests departing at 11:30pm.
a short 3 minute walk will find you right under the Sydney Harbour Bridge to watch the 12am Midnight fireworks.

TOP FOOD TRENDS OF 2015

Love it or hate it but some of life’s most simplest pleasures are ruled by the ebb and flow of popularity and food is certainly no exception.

Last year was all about share plates, nose to tail, ethically-resourced, and nutrient dense food. We enjoyed our kale in the form of crackly chips, our steak grass-fed and our potatoes to the side. Almost everything was drenched in coconut oil and offal made it’s way back on the menu. These choices may have had something to do with the rise of Paleo, or maybe we were just sick of carbs.

This year, as our Paleo cook books gather dust and we’re all green smoothied out, we’re opting to revert back to more traditional fare, such as pub food, and seafood seems to be making quite the mark. While, chia seeds and prickly pairs haven’t been the best of friends, sharing plates with your best friends is still an indulgence we can’t resist.
