Bars Recommendations
Although our head barman  believes our dragon fly is to die for, he will not part with the recipe. However he definitely recommends the following cocktails:

Midori splice

  • Start with 30mls of lime midori
  • 30mls of Malibu
  • 90mls of pineapple juice

Built over ice and topped with cream.
Serve in a cognac balloon glass with three pine apple quarters, a watermelon quarter and a butterflied strawberry

Strawberry daiquiri:

  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 30mls of Bacardi
  • 30mls of vodka
  • 15mls of sugar syrup.

Served frozen (blended with ice) served in a chilled martini glass and garnished with a butterflied strawberry.

Lime caprioska:

  • One whole lime, quartered then muddled in a shaker
  • Followed by 60mls of vodka
  • 15mls of sugar syrup

Shaken and poured into a highball glass (over ice) , garnished with a lime wheel.
