What’s in it for you?
A full banquet menu, to start with, from a selection of 10-14 dishes.
There’s the meat-overs Roche banquet which is a delectable spread of mezza, including dips and salads, followed by our delectable chicken wings, and grilled meats.
For those that love a more traditional approach, our top-selling banquet, The El-Phoenician, contains a course of falafel, pastries and pickles, along with fresh and tantalising salads, grilled meats and, of course, dips.
For those that want the whole fair, the Byblos will certainly satiate even the hungriest of appetites. Two courses of mezza, fresh salads, seafood and grills. A titan of a banquet fit for Kings and Queens.
For those that like more of a customised approach, our events team are more than happy to comprise a banquet of personally selected dishes to enjoy with your guests.
Then there’s the matter of the drink. El-Phoenician has taken the stress out of the bill by comprising a standard and premiumised beverage package that are comprised of beer, wine and soft drink. We can also cap a spend at our extensive bar or, if you’re feeling generous, leave the tab open.
As a gift, El-Phoenician also provides entertainment in the form of belly dancers for both lunch and dinner during the holiday period.
Lastly, its the venue. With more and more clients requesting private rooms, we have extended our private dining offering this year.
